The speed of the saw should not be less than 4000 revolutions per minute. If the packaging board is cut or drilled on site, special edge banding paint must be painted on the edge of the cut or drilled hole. When the packaging board is assembled, the horizontal packaging board is directly assembled or the tape line is attached to the seam, and the sponge strand is added between the seam of the straight packaging board. It is necessary to lay square wood underneath the packaging iron plate when punching holes, to prevent the reverse side of the packaging plate from being suspended in the air and appearing to be split. Use a special seal to block and seal the bolt holes through the wall.
When disassembling the mold, prevent the packaging board from falling in a large area.
Repair: After the packaging board is used, the smaller scratches and damages can be filled with putty and then sealed with special repair paint; larger damages and holes can be nailed into the wooden wedge and then repaired with putty or repair paint.
Maintenance: Every time the packaging board is used, the packaging board must be completely hygienic. When the packaging board is hygienic, it should be prevented from using sharp objects to prevent damage to the phenolic resin film on the surface of the packaging board. If it is stored for a long time, the surface of the packaging board should be coated with surface agent for maintenance.
Storage: In the process of transportation and storage, the packaging board should be prevented from violent deformation and aging of the outer film caused by the sun and rain. At the construction site, the packaging board should be placed on a flat, level and dry site, with no less than three 10×10cm wooden squares at the bottom for horizontal support to prevent it from being stored in a place with extremely high temperatures and temperatures.
