How to purchase floor tiles:
1、 The appearance color shall be uniform, and the surface gloss and flatness shall be good (except for special process). In particular, pay more attention to the glossiness of polished floor tiles. The higher the glossiness is, the more sophisticated the polishing process and the higher the relative hardness are, thus the lower the water absorption and the higher the * * * degree are.
2、 The ability to prevent pollution is good. Drop one or two drops of ink or colored water on the surface of the ceramic tile, and wipe it off with a wet rag half an hour later. If there are obvious marks left, it indicates that it is easy to leak dirt; If there is basically no trace left, it proves that it has good anti pollution ability.
3、 The size deviation shall not be too large. The four bricks shall be put together orderly without obvious dislocation. Products with size error greater than 0.5mm and flatness greater than 0.1mm will not only increase the difficulty of construction, but also have poor effect after decoration, so they cannot be used in the project.
4、 The water absorption rate should meet the requirements. The lower the water absorption rate, the higher the density of the product, and the more difficult it is to penetrate. Generally, the colored ceramic tiles shall not exceed 10%; Unglazed porcelain tiles (including polished tiles) shall not exceed 0.5%; Glazed porcelain tiles shall not exceed 1%.
5、 Check whether the quality of floor tiles is qualified. The quality of floor tile decoration and tiling mainly depends on whether the height of joints between tiles is greater than 0.5mm, whether the flatness of the overall surface is greater than 2mm within 2m, and whether the straightness of joints is greater than 3mm within 5m. All those exceeding the above range are considered as unqualified decoration.
6、 Listen to the sound of ceramic tiles, and identify the internal quality of ceramic tiles. You can't see it by looking, but you can identify it by knocking. Hold a tile with both hands, and gently tap the surface of another tile with one corner of the tile. It is better if the sound is clear and loud, and the tile is cooked; If it is dull, it is poor, indicating that there is double skin or crack in the brick. Double skin refers to that when bricks are formed, the air in the materials is not discharged, resulting in poor bonding and internal cracks between materials, which can not be seen from the surface, and can only be identified by listening to the sound.
