For construction activity,the builders choose the different formwork in different areas. Some may use the steel formwork ,the solid wood formwork ,the OSB formwork,the film faced plywood formwork,and the marine pine or poplar plywood for the concrete formwork. There are various products in the market ,we can not tell which one is the best but we can say which one is the most suitable for you.

Our pine plywood has C+/C grade ,C/D grade. According to the various purpose of usage, we have several quality for the pine plywood.For the construction purpose ,we use the C grade as the surface ,and inside we put the softwood ,the same pine or the poplar core ,because they have the similar density around 510kg per cube. For the glue ,it must be the WBP glue ,in order to improve the cost-effective performance ,we choose the melamine glue ,which is the popular now with it’s lower price and good waterproof feature. The edge of the finished CDX pine plywood would be coated by the waterproof paint, then it can be used at the formwork.

Quality inspection

We do the inspection of the plywood piece by piece, check the thickness, the size ,the core quality ,the surface grade etc. We are responsible for what we sell.Our CDX pine plywood is made of the WBP melamine glue ,we often do the water boiling test to check the waterproof feature.
