It is processed into planer sheets 40-100mm in length, 5-20mm in width and 0.3-0.7mm in thickness by special equipment. The utility model relates to a new type of structural decorative plate made by drying, screening, deoiling, sizing, directional paving and hot pressing. Directional particleboard can be divided into OSB1, OSB2, OSB3, OSB4 four grades. OSB1 is a general purpose board and decoration material (including furniture), suitable for indoor dry conditions. OSB2 is a load-bearing plate, suitable for indoor dry conditions. OSB3 is a load-bearing plate, suitable for wet conditions. OSB4 is a load-bearing plate, suitable for wet conditions. |
